Mannheimer Swartling has advised Avinode AB in connection with the acquisition of CharterX, Inc., a provider of aviation auditing and jet charter services in the United States.
Avinode AB is the leading provider of B2B services for selling and buying jet charter flights. Avinode’s marketplace sites provide real-time availability, instant pricing and flight time calculation for over 3,000 charter aircraft worldwide. This acquisition expands Avinode’s jet charter services and adds aviation auditing to its service offering. The acquisition was structured as a reverse subsidiary cash-out merger due to the number of shareholders in CharterX, Inc.
